Explain your business in plain language
Describe your offer, customers and the reason someone might choose you. Include what is changing and why you are considering branding now.
Share what already exists
Gather your current logo, website, marketing material and customer-facing messages. Explain what still works and where the identity feels inconsistent.
List the applications
Tell the designer where the identity needs to appear: website, social profiles, packaging, presentations or print. These uses help define the deliverables and file requirements.
Agree how decisions will be made
Identify the person who signs off the work and how feedback will be consolidated. Discuss scope, review stages, usage rights and handover needs before production begins.
Find your next step.
Tell us about your business and what you want to improve.
